Stainless steel products have specific advantages.  Stainless steel is very longwearing, durable and vandalproof.  Apart from that it is very hygienic.  It is unaffected by bacterial activity, as its surface is non-porous, as opposed to e.g. plastic.  It can be cleaned with water and a non-abrasive cleaning agent.
